Large-Scale Automotive Project

DealerOn Website Migration

In early 2025, I joined DealerOn, a leading automotive digital marketing company, to help execute a massive nationwide migration project — transferring 1,500+ car dealership websites from the Sincro platform to DealerOn’s infrastructure. This large-scale effort involved a team of over 80 designers and developers, all working under a tight three-month deadline.

Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and the Bootstrap 3 framework, we recreated dealership sites from the ground up. Personally, I went beyond manual replication by developing a custom AI-assisted workflow. Using Claude Sonnet 3.5 and ChatGPT 4.0, I engineered a proprietary algorithm that parsed original site data, generated DealerOn-compatible code, and automatically formatted it to company standards. This innovation boosted my output by over 800%, allowing me to process more than 1,000 web pages with high precision.

To ensure quality, I also implemented a secondary AI-based quality assurance layer, which detected and corrected coding inconsistencies before submission. Thanks to this hybrid approach of automation and craftsmanship, our team delivered the project on time and error-free.

Highlights:

• Contributed to migrating 1,500+ dealership websites nationwide.
• Personally rebuilt 1,000+ web pages using custom AI automation tools.
• Increased efficiency by over 800% through algorithmic code generation and QA automation.
• Ensured accuracy, compliance, and consistency with DealerOn’s platform standards.
