Painting & Drawing
Before I was a web designer, I earned a degree in Fine Arts, and painting and drawing have remained a core part of who I am. Most of my pieces are deeply personal — often created as gifts for friends and loved ones, or as visual expressions of appreciation and connection.
Many of my paintings and drawings also serve as a form of manifestation — intuitive expressions of what I’m drawn to or hope to invite into my life. Whether it’s a landscape that calls to me or a portrait inspired by someone who’s left an impression, each piece becomes a quiet conversation between myself, the world around me, and the people I care about most.
Photography
Travel has always been one of my biggest sources of inspiration. Over the years, I’ve taken extensive road trips across the western United States, exploring the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest, the desert Southwest, and the Pacific Coast.
All of my photography is captured entirely unedited on a simple Canon PowerShot G7X — a compact point-and-shoot camera that’s been my constant companion on the road. I love the way this little camera captures color, light, and texture with a natural warmth and nostalgia. Every image represents a moment shared with meaningful people in unforgettable places — snapshots of growth, connection, and wonder.
Woodworking / Van Conversion
In the winter of 2023, while living in Phoenix, Arizona, I decided to take on one of the most ambitious projects of my life — a complete van conversion. I had been working full-time and felt ready for a major lifestyle shift, something more aligned with freedom, creativity, and simplicity.
I found a 1995 Dodge Ram van in Denver, drove it back to Phoenix, and gave myself three months to transform it into a livable home before my apartment lease ended. With no prior woodworking experience and only a circular saw, jigsaw, and drill I stripped the van’s interior to its bones and rebuilt it piece by piece.
The finished space included insulated walls, wood paneling, a folding bed, outdoor kitchen, desk, power and lighting, and even a chalkboard ceiling covered in messages from people I met along the way. It became more than just a vehicle — it was a moving piece of art, a reflection of perseverance, creativity, and self-reliance.
In this section, you’ll find photos documenting the entire process — from an empty shell to a home built by hand.
